RETURN CONDITIONS
Not quite satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return your order under certain conditions. Check whether your order qualifies for a return:
- Returning is possible within 10 days after receiving your package.
- The articles should be unworn and undamaged. All original labels should still be attached.
- Beauty products, beachwear, underwear and jewels are non-returnable.
Shoes or clothing with stains will NOT be accepted. Did you find a stain on your article at receiving your order? Let us know as soon as possible.
RETURN POLICY
- Returning your package is at your own costs, unless the return concerns an incorrect delivery. Return your package to this address with the enclosed form:

2. Refunds will be made - depending on the form of the original payment – by creditcard or by Mollie, within 14 days after receiving your package.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer has the right to inform www.shoplily.be of the withdrawal of their order, without payment of a fine and without mentioning a motif within 10 days after the delivery of the order.
